Two losses

Sweden kicked Germany's ass. (Yes, 4-4 from a 4-0 position is kicking ass.) 

Tradingwise it was a dull day. Two losses. -24 pips. 
I can feel my confidence drop rapidly after two losses in a row. (Yes, that isn't very common.) 
Every time that happens I go through my saved charts for a few months back. Just to get back in the 'groove' and to see if I made any mistakes. 

Make a mistake once - too bad.
Make the same mistake again - you deserve to lose the money.
